Rental Terms:
First month's rent, delivery and pickup charges are due in advance or upon receipt of equipment. Monthly Invoices must be paid by due date on invoice or a 5% late fee will be applied.  To avoid late fees, contact us about our monthly automatic payment service.  Leases are 30-day minimum, thereafter daily rates vs monthly rates apply, whichever is less. For Over the Road leasing, general liability & physical damage insurance is required listing Trailer Storage Inc as additional insured.  Contact us for more details.
